LiveHouse was a two year project 2008- 2010 developing an arts platform for creative inter-action of residents of the Carlton Housing Estate in Melbourne, and part of the City of Melbourne’s Carlton Flats Arts Project. LiveHouse culminated in a program of social engagement over the summer of 2009-2010 led by tenant hosts from a modified portable shipping container.
Recently Live
This was a performance by a band called Horn Of Africa, which performed Songs from Sudan Ethiopia, Somalia,Eritirea and Kenya, it brought the resedents of the estate to enjoy the Melbourne sun.
